Practical to develop for iOS 12?

I have come to possess an iPad Mini that runs a maximum of iOS 12. It’s a great little device, in excellent shape, but the App Store is bereft of apps that still support such an old version of iOS. Even the web browser is pretty flaky with current sites.

Which got me thinking - is it still practical/possible to develop for iOS 12 using a version of Xojo? I haven’t done any mobile dev yet so I’m unfamiliar with the tooling needed. I’d only be developing for my personal use.

You’d need an older macOS with an older Xcode and an older Xojo to build for iOS 12.
Current version of Xojo builds only for iOS 14 and newer.
