Did both the plain restart and then as suggested with the plist. Still no dice. FYI Xojo doesn’t bring it in when I try to import the image.
Maybe it is working and you are getting kind of corruption while downloading?

I do receive a WEBP image instead of a PNG.
So you need to convert it. WEBP to PNG (Online & Free) — Convertio
Maybe WEBP images weren’t supported at Catalina times?
Thanks for that. Yeh maybe that’s the case. Strange and annoying that they had the extension ‘.png’ from that site.
Easiest is for me to find some more toolbar icons from another site then change them…
