I’ve since noticed a prior report I didn’t fine before as it didn’t include the control name PagePanel (even without Desktop).
Duplicate of #40377, but with a lot more detail.
Please upvote either or both if you like it.
Already 7 years old. How times goes by.
Still strange for me, that Xojo doesn’t handle PagePanel like TabPanel and has names for pages.
Click in Edit button (above Tansparent)…
And then try to edit the panel names - without success, they are fixed (unlike in the tab panels). This is the reason for this issue…

I clicked, but after getting the windoid, I do not tried to change the name !

What about saving the project as xml, then change the name (in a text editor) and reload it in the IDE ?
Why so laborious? Tab panels can be namend directly in the IDE, so its doable.
Don’t know how much work it is for the Xojo developers, but from my point of view it is an inconsistent behavior, which should be fixed…
We know it’s because PagePanels have no Titles in the UI of the User. But it should be possible anyway, because it would help us Devs. while designing an App within the Xojo Editor…
