one screen not in mdi

Hi,

I will create an MDi application with one plainbox screen before starting the mdi.
After the loading process in the plainbox window, i will start the mdi-design.

But it look like MDI is a setting for all windows. And it can only be set in ide. (not by code)
Or am I wrong?

MDI is a design time property only. You can not change it at runtime.

Use a first app that displays the plain box, then launches the MDI app, and quits with a timer.

Marc, have you tried the launcher approach ?
