Purchasing Omegabundle for Desktop will extend existing GraffitiSuite Desktop Edition subscriptions.
Edit to add: I should note that it’s not transferrable to any other subscription except All Access Edition, which will be extended by three months rather than one year.

For MBS we extend existing licenses by a year, if you have the product already.

Einhugur license is also extended by a year. User needs to let us know after buying to have their new key upgraded.

Correction for current GraffitiSuite All Access and Desktop Edition customers:
If they are subscribed via Paddle or Stripe, I can’t extend their current subscription, so the Desktop Edition subscription will be added to start on their current subscription expiration date.

Did the automatic matching of your OmegaBundle order to existing accounts, it may be good to use the same email and name as in a previous email.
If it doesn’t match and you get a new license instead of your extension, then you can politely email us to correct it. Thanks

I hate it when this happens - I’m trying to buy the Omega Bundle and after I filled out the form and put my email address in the required field. When I tried to continue on, it said the domain name a.com was not allowed but the domain name in the email field was quickdata.com
But wait, there’s more. So I followed a link to a Register window, thinking maybe I needed to create a registration first. I filled out that info, but when I pushed the Register button, it brought me to a “The page you are looking for does not exist” !!! - these are their buttons, on their website.
It gets better. So I foundd the “Contact Us”. But in order to contact them via email, I needed to have a valid account first. So how do I do that if my problem is creating that account?
It’s amazing how difficult it is to buy something these days.
Just now I followed the Order Now link in Lynn’s post above - trying for a complete “do-over”. Same result.
Maybe I’ll have better luck on the “Omegabundle website” rather than the Pradigma Software store.

Hi, I just bought the bundle - I selected Windows for both Studio pro and server option. I got a serial file but i cannot figure which seriial is for what product.
I was able to register studio pro, however not sure where are the serials for ADK and report ADK and the main server. Also reports and db adk I believe for all 3 OS are included but cannot find specific keys,
If there can be some documentation on how to apply these, it will be helpful. Can someone please guide me?
I am also waiting on other products which I think it will take 3 days.

Probably won’t take that long, but it does take some time as we must all process the sales manually in batches.
