You won’t select Cisco unless you are a large or have a large Enterprise customer.
I would start with AXIS as they are enterprise capable, reasonably priced, and have excellent products.
If you are looking for more of a home based IP Camera solution Foscam makes nice product also. I have several of these cameras around my property along with two outdoor AXIS cameras.
