Do you have a demo I can test here in Venezuela? There are a lot of web pages that won’t open here, but it’s the first time I see that specific software won’t run. I’m using Sonoma. Perhaps, it has to do with the international configuration.
I’ve had two such reports in the last 3 years, out of hundreds of sales.
This one, I have convinced myself, is due to someone trying to run a MacOS app on an iPad. (or trying to open a DMG file…)
I refunded, killed the serial number, and gave up on them.
