Just fired up the latest version of Xojo and a blank Xojo Web app. When I run it I see these errors in Safari’s console:
Any idea why an empty brand new app is giving errors about missing assets?
Those two errors come from the corresponding minimized Bootstrap files which would be used by a browser to decompress them. You can ignore those errors.

Is there anyway to remove them entirely or do they just need to be put up with?
