Sorry, but I’m new to Xojo and bought into the web license. Watched the “Creating a Web App with Xojo” tutorial but it doesn’t look like my screen. In particular, the tutorial shows a “Xojo Cloud” checkbox that is checked but my window shows “This Computer”.

You could also set up your own web server on your own machine for testing purposes on your own network in the early stages of learning.
Go along to xdevlibrary and buy a copy of Eugene Dakins ‘I Wish I Knew Xojo Web Programming’ which will also talk you through setting up a server and the basics of creating web apps.
