Look at Taylor Design. Their web custom controls suite has a tree view.

Yes, Web Custom Controls implements the DynaTree tree view for Xojo. There’s an online demo at the link.

I know it has been a long time since the last update. I’m under orders from a client to take time and get the next release ready because they need one of the planned controls. (Literally.) So updates are still coming, and all license holders will get them. Officially you get a year of free updates with the purchase, but I want everyone to get updates at least until all the controls are moved to the WebSDK.
