Hello,
some of our customers have an issue where their cursors are disappearing from the applicatin on Windows.
No pattern really but when this occurs (random time) the cursor is showing normally on the desktop and when the cursor enter any window of the application, the mouse disappears, but right click is working, click is working, hover, etc. Everything is working except that the cursor is no longer appearing.
Anybody got any hint on that?
Windows 10/11 - Application was compiled using Xojo 2024r2.1
For the cursor to appear again, they have to close and reopen the application.
