I’m sure you posted “Home office w/o barking dogs, crying kids.” to be humorous, but this can get you in trouble for discrimination.

Couldn’t agree more. Try to have a web meeting with co-workers when kids are whining or even worse, are placed on their lap in front of the cam. :-((
