Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas from Germany.

The traditional holy eve spectacle started here this evening with opening of the living room a few hours ago.

Children play with new toys, we had dinner and now we can relax a bit.

Have a great time with your families!

Christmas Morning is still 20 hours away (8am for breakfast at my sisters)…
My Mother, both sisters and their significant others, my two nieces (one with a significant other) my wife and myself

Ah, OK. We’ll be very good and not let on what Santa is doing specials on this year.

Merry Christmas everyone

Have a Merry Christmas!

Gldelig jul (Merry Christmas!)

Merry Christmas to all!

Feliz Natal a todos. (Merry Christmas to all, in PT-BR).

Feliz = Merry, Happy.
Natal = birthday (of the lord)
Natal comes from the latim n?t?lis that means “of one’s birth”

Santa Claus -> Papai Noel
Papai = Daddy
Noel -> Natal (from old french noel that means n?t?lis in latim)

In Portugal they say “Pai Natal” that means the same, but with less intimacy (Father Natal)
