Hover Text can make text fields larger for easier typing or reading:
You can toggle it on or off with keyboard shortcuts (You have to set up your own).

Thank you for reminding me, Mark. These old eyes appreciate these features, until it annoys me. Then I turn it off and forget to turn them back on again

You can also do the screen zoom technique - hold down the Control key on your keyboard and scroll up on your trackpad or mouse.
I think in Sonoma they changed the screen zoom when you have 2+ monitors, where now it zooms per-screen. In older macOS it zoomed the entire desktop.
