macOS "Spaces" causing issue

A customer using multiple monitors and the macOS “Spaces” feature tells me that when my app activates (moves to the front), the window doesn’t stay where he puts it, it moves around randomly to a differrent monitor or different space – it’s not entirely clear what’s happening, just that it isn’t staying put.

I don’t use multiple monitors or “Spaces”, so I can’t confirm the behaviour.

Is this a known issue, or is there anything in Xojo or the MBS plugins to get information on what “Space” the app is in? I do already get info on which screen the app is in, and it’s supposed to respect that (and as far as I know it does, nobody has every reported a problem), but using “Spaces” seems to ruin everything. Any ideas? Thanks.

The version of MacOS being used is probably relevant info.

If it’s Tahoe, it may be a new bug with Xojo on Tahoe and could hopefully addressed in the next Xojo update.

Thanks for the reply, and sorry I forgot to mention he’s running Sequoia 15.6.1
