Can anyone recommend a good plugin that can extract images from a video file on OS/X?

We have AVFoundation classes for macOS.
and VLC classes for cross platform projects.

Yes, of course. Download and play with it.
If needed, get a trial license key on the website.

Hi Christian,

Can you send me a link to the plugin I would need to purchase.

The plugin would need to be able to view video (webcam) and extract images from the video.
