LockBottom set for controls, resizing window does not change Top Attribute.

Changing window causes resize event, but checking the .Top attribute of various controls does not change even though visually they do.

Is this a defect or am I missing something

I recently had this issue as well #79541 - WebControls inside a WebContainer are unaware of their relative Left which has been marked as fixed in 2025r3 (unfortunately not available yet).
