In which plugin is “UseInternalSQLiteLibraryMBS”?

I have downloaded 15.2pr2 and copied the SQL plugin to my plugin folder but I am getting an error.

SQL Plugin. But the command has been renamed. It’s a module.

Call InternalSQLiteLibraryMBS.Use

for example.
