You can only build x86 Linux apps and 32-bit ARM Linux apps (basically the raspberry Pi).

Take a look at UTM: https://mac.getutm.app/

It’s not very clear. What I understand: I CAN NOT test a Linux version of an app build with Xojo IDE on my Mac M1 for now? I have to buy another computer todo that ?

I use UTM now, because it also allows for running Windows XP on my M1 Macbook Air. (I need Windows XP because I wish to continue using some old bookkeeping software…)
