Linux API Libraries for Xojo?

For Mac OS X we have MacOSLib. For Windows we have Windows Functionality Suite. Is there anything equivalent for Linux?

Is Windows Functionality Suite still working with Xojo 2013 Release 4.1 ?

I’m using a subset of WFS and works fine in R4.1.

I’m not sure with Linux you’d end up with a Linux Functionality Suite. More like the Ubuntu 12.04 Functionality suite.
