I just played with a few things as I just bought a refurb Apple Watch for an amazing price… 
If you have a Mac and iPhone, ‘iPhone Keynote’ can control ‘Mac Keynote’.
If you have an Apple Watch, ‘Watch Keynote’ can control ‘iPhone Keynote’ which then controls ‘Mac Keynote’
Now that all that works, I’ll probably just use my Mac spacebar…
