yes the application name that appears in the task manager,
the utility is to be able to start the same application with different parameters so it is useful for the application to change the “windows name” based on the parameters with which a service was started inside it, all in order to interact with the taskkill or with the tasklist or with other apps that can detect it
I would expect the text there comes from your window title.
The name comes from the “Description” field of your app’s shared build settings. AKAIK it’s not something you can change at runtime.
