Issues with payment in europe

Hello, I tried to renew my pro license a few days back, but your website seems to not support 3d secure and current PSD standards like everything i met in the last five years of so, shady or not. Can you kindly upgrade your sales front code? My bank won’t let the transaction pass otherwise.

(i tried contacting hello@xojo.com to do the payment over paypal but no response there either).
