While I was working today, accidentally got this properties panel. Not sure how I got it but not able to find it again. Was gonna read up on it. Any ideas?
its usually displayed if you select something (as example a class) and then clicked the gear.
(except the things at bottom.)
That actually looks like a bug. What version of Xojo is that? 2025r1?
Markus is right, that you can get to the Attributes and Include In checkboxes using the gear icon near the top (when it is available), but… those are not normally shown in combination with the other fields you see below that are in your screen-shot. Those look like the property fields you see when the “ID” button is pressed (left of the gear).
The “ID” and gear content are supposed to be shown separately.

You summoned the demon of the bad state, and he mixed 2 screens in a unstable IDE needing a shutdown and reopen, because I would not trust it could save things safely presenting such disturbances.

could be a rendering issue. is this local at pc or do you work via remote desktop maybe?
