Installing Xojo on Windows 10 VM in Parallels

I’m trying to install Xojo 2018 r3 on a Windows 10 VM running in Parallels. When I run the installer, I get the following error:

Has anyone successfully installed Xojo on a Windows VM running in Parallels? If so, do you have any idea what’s going on here and how I can work around it?

Since 2017r3 the Xojo IDE is a 64Bit application.
You can‘t run it on a 32Bit Windows (virtualized or not).
You‘ll need a 64Bit Version of Windows, too.
