It’s worth noting that it requires turning off apfs for now and may will not give you a full compatibility test.
For those using VMware Fusion, this same process works.
APFS is not yet supported with Fusion either, although VMware is working on it.
It’s mind numblingly slow in Parallels currently, at least on my setup. Tempted to try installing on an external drive.
