IIS originally available settings for running WE apps

Hello all,

Anyone knows where i can find the original documentation for IIS settings for deploying WE-apps on IIS?
It seems they have been removed from the docs, are they still available somewhere?

I am asking because i had to do a reinstall of my pc and lost these docs.

Please could you add this information again to the documents, it still can be used for the latest IIS version (8.5). The only difference i found is that you can use Active Perl 32 and 64 bit versions, both work with WE apps.
