IDE: Cancel Compilation

In Xojo 2015r1, I was not able to cancel the compilation using cmd-.

You may say:

a. The current Xojo version is 2016r2.1 !
and you will be right. BUT, this is my working version (I do not upgraded to be current), so I cannot make test with current.

b. Why don’t you click in the Cancel button ?
Because the compile is so fast that I do not have time to move the cursor there.

Question: is it still the case ?

If so, can someone make a bug report ?

there is no cancel button when you compile, even in 2016r2
