I stand by what I said

Mr. Tekinay

I don’t know you and I don’t want to get into a petty squabble about nothing, but you said in public that I “should be embarrassed” for misquoting Ms. Foley. In fact, if you see the words I quoted, you will note that they are verbatim from her own post. And the sentence she used is semantically identical to mine. Now, I did comment that her approach was somewhat heavy-handed. This is in contrast to your approach, which was heavy-handed, rude and arrogant in the extreme.

I don’t know how it is in your section of the universe, but in mine, even in the heat of a disagreement, a gentleman allows his adversary to respond. In my book, you have not met this simple criterion,

Now, I’ve said my peace. You can tell me to drop dead and we’ll consider the matter closed.

Thank you

Except it’s not. I don’t know how you cannot see that.

And that’s totally okay. You said your peace, I said mine. The other yardbird put in his two cents.
Everybody’s even. I have no axe to grind. I have a general opinion about censorship, which you are free to disagree with,

So let’s drop it, shall we?

Thank you
