Does the MBS plugin have a function to decode this type of html?

Had to make a screenshot because the forum thinks it needs to be clever.

We have DecodingFromHTMLMBS function in MBS Xojo Plugins.

Why not correct?

&x2F; is exactly what DecodingFromHTMLMBS function decodes. It knows named entities, decimal and hexadecimal encodings.
