Somewhere in the LR a mention of “Emoji & Symbols” is available in most apps.
How do you start “Emoji & Symbols” system app by code?

Someone wrote (and share) an Emoji project here this summer. Sorry, I forgot the details. Here’s what I found on my hard disk.

Thank you Emile. I saw the LR and thought I’d missed something,
I had never noticed it before.
That also explains why after I added a menu item. I saw 2 “Emoji Symbols”. I had forgotten &&.
Not impossible to make that work. For Mac I don’t have to do much.
I also found an older one that might work for PCs
showing character viewer by code
