How do you remove a case from My Top Cases in feedback?

I have a number of cases in the “My Top Cases” list that are all closed. How do I remove them ? Also, how do I add a case to this list ?


If I’m remembering correctly, you can single-click it to select it and then press delete.
It’s either that, or you drag it off the window.

After a cleared out the old cases I could drop a new on in.
