HELP- Cloud Control Panel not working

My main application in Xojo Cloud is not working. Fails to launch with a Mutex error (“Mutex cleaned, application could not launch.”)

The Xojo Cloud Control Panel fails to list the apps. The page URL is correct but there is nothing on the page from the server, just the Footer bar.

It would be very nice if this could be restarted.
