Well, the path to the dylib has 20707 as build number, but the actual file is newer and has 20709 as file name.
Seems like the Xojo cache was made using older plugin build from yesterday and the new build from today caused the problem, because the Xojo IDE wouldn’t notice that plugin files changed.
In that case, go to /Users/cs/Library/Caches/Xojo and delete all files there.
