Have tooltip hide when app goes in background?

Hi,
We have problem that we use tooltips on Windows and while a tooltip is visible, and user switches app the tooltip stays visible.
That looks ugly.

Can we do something in window deactivate to hide tooltip?

I can get the same thing to happen here in the Xojo IDE on Mac.
It might be a Xojo bug.
