I resolved the trouble in changing the Xojo IDE preference.

I do not respond in Issue because it send mails for each next text addition, and people may need to know.

I do not tested the Hiligh color change (where in macOS ? No thank you).

You can disable notifications for any Issue you respond by clicking the 3 vertical dots and turn the switch off (beside the Issue title):

YES, as usual, you are correct. “It cannot be so” was why I searched in the Settings (Preferences) and after a long quest, I finally found it.

Idea: 10/10
Implementation: something was wroong even if it work for the Xojo engineers. (those who do not use the default OS highlight color, I suppose.)
