The main guideline is the first one: “Write posts and comments that make this forum a helpful and inclusive place”. Xojo staff do regularly read and post on the forum, but it is primarily intended to be a place for users to help other users.
Another guideline to point out is “Do not make personal attacks. Criticizing ideas by means of reasoned arguments is an important part of discussion. Resorting to personal attacks is not.” There is room for discussion, debate and criticism on the forum. There’s plenty of it. It only becomes a problem when it crosses into the territory of personal attacks and trolling.
So be nice.
