FileDrop on Application Dock Icon vs. FileDrop on Window

When I drop a bunch of files onto the application dock icon several files are not recognized.
With those missing App/DocumentOpened is not fired (also App/AppleEventReceived).

When I drop the same files onto the program window everything works fine and all files are detected.

This really drives me nuts …
Can somebody please give me a hint.

Maybe this helps someone else: By coincidence I stumbled upon Ohanaware’s ‘Permission Reset 2’ utility which fixed my issue.

Now FileDrop on Application Dock Icon works the same way as FileDrop on a window/control.
