Feedback working for anyone ?

I just submitted two cases and now in the “My Cases” list neither opens
Is this working for anyone ?

maybe the server is unhappy today ?

Was in Feedback and suddenly I can’t open cases (to look at them, not trying to create new ones)

thats my problem as well

server must be getting hammered or something

Not working here either. Can’t view cases.

cant add attachments when you create the case so I figured I’d add them after I created it but now I cant open the case to add the attachments :frowning:

perhaps you need so submit a feedback request? LOL

I know it’s not much help, but it let me right in and I entered a new ticket.

… however, clicking on any of the report links doesn’t result in the report loading …

I did submit about about submitting bugs :slight_smile:

yeah I could add one but not reopen it to then add more info (like attachments)

We are aware of the issue and are looking into it.
