I’m trying to look at some feedback cases, but they’re not opening. I’m in v2021r1.1. I’ve been able to open them before, but now, when I double click on a case, nothing happens.
I can open my own cases, just not anything else. I added a case to my favorites, and it won’t open from there, yet one of my own cases (favorited) will open.
