Feedback just closed/crashed again after submitting case

We happen to have so much issues with Feedback like:

  • Unable to start
  • Suddenly crashes (after submitting a very detailed case…)
  • Server offline (error)
  • Unandled exception(s)

Feedback seems to be unstable and having such issues on both macOS and windows.

We think xojo may want to review and test it’s feedback app since this is not workable anymore.

For now we won’t be submitting any new cases since we just had a waste of time yet again after FB was unable to submit the case due to a “server error” and now the whole case details are gone…

Xojo please provide a stable feedback or deliver something we can use and that works.
