Feedback cannot be launched twice

I have noticed that if the Feedback program is activated from the XOJO IDE (I am running 2013 r3.1) and I try to use it again later, it displays a message that Feedback cannot be launched twice and it doesn’t allow me to run it again. It isn’t showing on my Task Bar and the only place I see it visible is from Windows Task Manager, as a process and not as an app. I am running Windows 8. So far the only way I’ve seen to get out of this is by killing the process from Window Task Manager. Is this just me or is there a known issue with Feedback doing this? Is there another way past this besides going to Task Manager?

It sounds like Feedback is not quitting when you close the window. Please file a bug report and we’ll get that fixed.
