Yesterday I installed Feedback on my Windows 10 Dell. Today, I have been unable to work on my current aproject because every time I would open it, I would get an error message saying a fatal error had been encountered and Xojo needed to shut down. Neither the Send Feedback nor Ignore buttons worked. The only way to shut down was to use Task Manager or reboot. I could open and run the app in Xojo 2014r3.2, but not 2016r3. I sent a Pro support request to Xojo, then installed 2016r3 on another computer and it ran fine. Back on the Dell, I opened two other programs. Neither one ran. I uninstalled Feedback, rebooted and everything seems back to normal.
I did notice that the Feedback installation yesterday seemed to hang for a long time while installing prerequisites. I can only guess that it was having a problem installing the C++ Runtime libraries. Please consider this post as a bug report because I am not about to reinstall Feedback.
