All is in the title. I created a bug report on Windows 8.1 and was unable to add a file ; the Attachments field never allowed any file dragged over it to be dropped (wrong way cursor).

Workaround: Use the “+” button in the top right corner of the Attachments area and use the file selector to choose the file to attach.

Thank you for confirming the issue. I was puzzled for a while, as I never encountered the problem before. And thank you for the workaround. How come I did not try that ?
