Encoding.InternetName Duplicates?

I noticed today that Encodings.Latin1 and Encodings.WindowsANSI both return “windows - 1252” as their .InternetName, which seems odd.

Is this correct? Are WindowsLatin1 and WindowsANSI actually the same thing?

the wikipedia pages for those two have some interesting historical notes

I figured they were pretty old, the overlaps - and changes - remind me of the early adventures with the extended character set.
