I recently filed case 57786, with a drag and drop issue that only appears on Catalina, complete with example how to reproduce it,
yet my case simply was closed yesterday, stating it could not be reproduced.
This bug is preventing me from updating an app that now cannot function on Catalina.
How do I get this case re-opened and why was it closed in the first place?
