The documentation roadmap page does not contain any of the delivered list items.
Looks like someone may be in the process of editing OR forgot to paste edited items.
The documentation should be developer reference material. In my opinion, it is not a place for a list of “delivered marketing items” which isn’t useful or relevant to writing software.

Only true if you use the last Xojo version. 
The roadmap is vaporware and past-marketing-milestones. The release notes give you detailed ticket by ticket notes of what’s in a release.
It’s a bug that I found, and sometimes it’s just fun to see the items get completed over time. 
I definitely do read the release notes to see the detailed changes that were produced.
In the (very) old documentation, a date was added in front of the added features.
So, when the developer who used an old project or an old Xojo version know if this feature exists in its used version.
Of course, and as I said earlier, when that developer goes current: update its project to the currently released version, this information is useless.
Unfortunately, Xojo decided to stop doing that (probably a marketing decision to push people to update).
Another missing information is in the Release Notes: no link to the documentation for New Features (and some Bug) entries.
The developer haveto search by itself if (not if: everytime) more information is required either to understand what this is about or how to use the New Feature (or how the bug remove impact the feature).
But a toy does not need this level of Documentation.
Remember:
“Errare humanum est, perseverare diabolicum”
Except if you want a 0 bug software and prepared to pay $10.000 (or more) your development software, bugs will exists.
But a good documentation is not subject to bugs: add a sentence, correct an example, etc. only need a reader / corrector and minutes.
PS: when I talk about the documentation, I do not talk about the support (wiki, pdf, html using xxx technology): I am talking about the context, not the presentation technology.

This is such a dismissive excuse, as if we haven’t given enough to them to get basics such as testing. I expect for $1000 that they at least test the code they’re writing, but at this point staff have all but confirmed they don’t.
Ii is not what I mean.
And bug removal is a good sign when the remaining bug pool decrease.
Xojo is not in this case as is Apple
And for your second sentence: I am 100% ok with it.
