at 2021r3
i see that DesktopListBox doing endless events if RequiredSelection is true
and user hold(click) mouse below rows, means in this filled area without real rows.
it also seems wrong that selectionchanged fired if no change happened.
if it occur in current version please add it to feedback.
++ this control miss a simple row click event.
