DesktopHTMLViewer Context Menu broken in Build App

OS: Windows 10 (64bit)
Xojo: 2023r4

I use a DesktopHTMLViewer to display local index.html files.
While debugging, the context menu of the viewer looks like this:

but in the build App, the context menu looks like this:

and I just can’t figure out why…
