Is this list from Documentation up to date?
I seem to recall later versions excluded more OS.

Don’t think so as 2024r2.1 says 10.14.0 minimum macOS version by default.

Remember you can support earlier versions than 10.14 by editing the field
Since current Xcode doesn’T build anything that runs before 10.13, I think this is absolute minimum for current versions.
You’re true, in the past there was macOS 10.10 minimum requirement as well, which I still compile with 2021r2.
And remember also, it is not recommended to set an older minimum system version as listed in the “Minimum Version” listing, as it can cause problems.
